He was the CEO of a large television production company in India, responsible for its business planning and growth. Rajeev Aiyappa is an agriculturist from the University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore who also holds a masters degree in management. He has since worked in the agricultural technologies space for over 2 decades and is an expert in global best practices related to diverse aspects of crop care, animal care and overall agricultural productivity enhancement.

Siddhartha is an Engineer with over two decades of experience in diverse engineering practices. Trained in the demanding and innovative practice of military engineering, Siddhartha has had exposure to diverse engineering practices, including mechanical, electrical and civil engineering as part of the Military Engineering Services, from which he retired in 2018 after 21 years of service .
In his tenure with the Indian Army, Siddhartha has worked in leadership positions as a Garrison Engineer of a major DRDO installation, as Officer Commanding of a Roads Construction Company division and as the Head of a prestigious school for training in engineering trades.
